Portfolio of Hope

Before we’re born,
we know nothing about what is waiting for us.

Our eyes still firmly shut,
we are oblivious
to
the sky,
and
the trees,
and,
even the fact that we have a body.

For,

we just can’t comprehend
something which we do not yet know to exist.

And,

the same is true about death–

Incomprehensible.

Our pursuit to make sense of it all-

Futile.

And so,

for the sake of our sanity,
(if for nothing else),
can’t we all just

Let It Be?
